Return & Exchange Policy
At Sports Horny, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We take pride in the quality of our products. Sports Horny Clothing Co. uses Printify, a print on demand company, to bring these products to life and ship our creations to you. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in the case of a damaged products or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of creation delivery. You will need to get in touch with their team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected products visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Please note, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
